Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support our Senior Business Analyst in driving continual systems improvement across our Salesforce system stack.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define tactical problems/opportunities, ensuring stakeholder perspectives are identified and business objectives/requirements are understood.
  • Plan and facilitate meetings & workshops with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
  • Develop and maintain test data and ensure systems test environments are prepared to support acceptance testing.
  • Design and implement business analysis documentation & templates to support project activity.
Requirements
  • Take ownership of business outcomes and deploy a range of business analysis skills and tools.
  • Understanding of the software development life-cycle, particularly requirements definition and acceptance testing.
  • Experience working within AGILE/SCRUM delivery frameworks and proficiency in JIRA and Salesforce.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
