Arcadis is a global leader in sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for built and natural assets.

As a Senior CSA Cost Consultant at Arcadis Human Resources Limited, you will play a key role in delivering one of our biggest data centre construction projects in Norway. We are looking for a technically capable and experienced professional to join our growing CSA Commercial Management team.

**Role Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver multiple small to medium cost projects and assignments or significant components of larger assignments, ensuring optimal resource allocation and budget management to meet project deadlines.
  • Provide expert advice to colleagues on risk management, compliance, and associated behaviours, ensuring adherence to Arcadis' risk and compliance processes.
  • Present project risks or issues to senior managers to mitigate adverse impacts.
  • Analyse and review various data and documents to identify key trends and themes, using this analysis in conjunction with your knowledge to provide insightful advice and recommendations supporting cost and commercial management decision-making.
  • Share knowledge and offer innovative suggestions to improve services and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate effectively across the organisation, building individual networks and profiles, and applying technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery within budget.
  • Provide specialist technical advice to senior management on CSA cost/commercial management matters, offering solutions and sharing knowledge to support successful project delivery.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in a similar CSA Cost & Commercial role.
  • In-depth technical knowledge, including construction processes and cost/commercial management principles.
  • Experience leading smaller projects and contributing to larger, more complex projects.
  • Experience completing commercial analyses and providing insights.
  • Experience working closely with external stakeholders to build client relationships.
  • Experience managing business relationships and supporting middle management level activities.

We estimate an annual salary of around £70,000 for this position, depending on location and experience.
