Therapy Manager / Psychotherapist

Location: Devon

We are seeking a skilled Therapy Manager / Psychotherapist to lead our therapy services team in a residential childcare setting.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing therapy plans for children, ensuring their emotional well-being.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external therapists to provide comprehensive support.
  • Providing guidance on trauma-informed care and safeguarding procedures.
  • Background in a therapeutic or clinical role with children.
  • Degree in Psychology and/or Psychotherapy.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
