Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team at Randstad Education in Quidenham, Norwich. As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to create personalized learning plans and provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs, enabling them to reach their full potential.
About the Role:
- Salary: £21,200 - £22,300 per annum
- Hourly rate: £10.50 - £11.00 per hour
- Hours: 40 hours per week, term-time only (Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm)
Key responsibilities include creating and implementing tailored educational programs, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with teachers to develop effective strategies for supporting students with diverse needs.
