CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are seeking a highly skilled Air-conditioning Technical Services Manager to join our team in Fife.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have day-to-day technical management of a location, including task and people management, budget control, service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role will be responsible for the overall management of the technical operations at the site working with the CBRE team and our selected suppliers to ensure that the quality of services that are provided are always to a high standard, continually improved to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as the point of contact and develop positive relationships with the client for all technical services at Fife.
  2. Manage onsite technical operation teams in terms of staffing, training, development and performance.
  3. Support the account management team to monitor and modify the services deliverables in accordance with the change of Client's business needs.
  4. Review and establish procedure playbooks that demonstrate performance is being consistently delivered.
  5. Manage the effective implementation of Health, Safety, Security & Environmental policies and procedures to minimize the risk exposure to the Client.
  6. Develop and control an annual OMR budget, including direct and indirect contract service expenses, preventative maintenance costs, project costs, rental expenses, energy management expenses and project/capital items.
  7. Ensure superior delivery of all contract deliverables, including measurable value-add, innovation, continuous improvement and 'dark green' customer satisfaction feedback.
  8. Ensure all statutory compliance requirements are met through the use of CBRE's HSE & Risk systems and processes.
  9. Demonstrate tangible leadership and relationship management skills both across primary client stakeholders and CBRE Account team.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Facilities, business or SSHE, or equivalent through experience.
  2. Demonstrated leadership/management skills to deal with issues ranging from senior level to administrative to maintenance/engineering.
  3. Ability to lead Change Management programmes.
  4. Excellent MS Office Suite skills.
  5. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style.
  6. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups.
  7. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
