Overview

Stirling Dynamics is seeking a highly experienced Chief Engineer to lead our engineering teams and drive technical excellence in our projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering leadership, with experience in managing complex projects and teams. They will be responsible for providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The Chief Engineer will work closely with our business development team to identify new opportunities and develop technical solutions that meet our customers' needs. They will also be responsible for leading technical bid activities, developing technical proposals, and managing the technical aspects of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant engineering discipline, significant industry experience, and a proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects. They will be a strong communicator, able to build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering teams and provide technical guidance and oversight
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage complex projects and teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Develop and lead technical bid activities, including proposal development and presentation
  • Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams and customers

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in engineering or a related field
  • Significant industry experience in engineering leadership and project management
  • Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
