The MBDA Land Ceptor Systems Engineering team is expanding to support the British and Polish Armies in achieving the full potential of the system. We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the UK programme and collaborate with the Land Ceptor Chief Systems Engineer in delivering the MRAD programme and supporting CSS in maintaining the Land Ceptor product.

This role offers a unique opportunity to build breadth of experience or apply existing skills and expertise to deliver military capability. With an in-service capability to support and capability enhancements to deliver across multiple customers, Land Ceptor is an exciting place to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the UK programme and collaborate with the Land Ceptor Chief Systems Engineer
  2. Deliver the MRAD programme and support CSS in maintaining the Land Ceptor product
  3. Build breadth of experience or apply existing skills and expertise to deliver military capability
