Customer Service and Administration Role

As a Part Time Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for service users, carers, and relatives, displaying a warm, friendly, and helpful attitude. You will be responsible for ensuring that all reception processes are carried out in a timely and accurate manner, including dealing with telephone inquiries and meeting and greeting visitors.

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and experience of working in a busy office environment. You will be required to monitor your own performance against agreed objectives and take responsibility for undertaking general clerical duties within the reception area. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in patient administration and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
- Deal with telephone inquiries efficiently and precisely
- Meet and greet the general public, clinical and clerical staff
- Monitor your own performance against agreed objectives

Requirements
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to navigate IT systems, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Numeracy skills and ability to provide statistical data accurately
- RSA level 2, NVQ level 2 or equivalent experience
