Receptionist Position

Our Transformation Unit team is seeking a highly organized and communicative Part Time Receptionist to provide administrative support to our multi-disciplinary teams. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all reception processes are carried out efficiently and accurately. This includes dealing with telephone inquiries, meeting and greeting visitors, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
We are looking for someone with excellent administrative skills and experience of working in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to monitor your own performance against agreed objectives and take responsibility for undertaking general clerical duties within the reception area. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in patient administration and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal with telephone inquiries efficiently and precisely
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Undertake general clerical duties within the reception area
- Monitor your own performance against agreed objectives
Requirements
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent administrative skills
- Ability to navigate IT systems, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Numeracy skills and ability to provide statistical data accurately
- RSA level 2, NVQ level 2 or equivalent experience
