About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Training and Assurance Manager to join our team at Heathrow Airport. As a key member of our Airside and Airspace Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all training is delivered safely and efficiently.

In this role, you will work closely with our central learning team to develop and implement training plans that meet the requirements of EASA and CAA standards. You will also be responsible for reviewing and further assuring third-party training assurance activity carried out by the learning team.

The successful candidate will have significant Airfield Operations experience, training knowledge, and an understanding of competency matrices. They will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to demonstrate good quality stakeholder relationships.

Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum
