Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Portsmouth, United Kingdom. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, including stock management, payroll, administration, and rostering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and deputise for the management team in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities
- Ensure replenishment is done efficiently and accurately on a daily basis
- Train store associates in Stock Management Guidelines and standards
- Ensure the product is well displayed, assorted, and tagged on the floor and in the stockroom
- Organize and maintain the stockroom
- Provide shop floor support to the team
- Monitor KPIs and team performance through running reports and updating the management team
- Manage store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin, and roster
- Assist with the customer journey by offering an exceptional 1-2-1 service and ensure the customer comes first
- Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Possess relevant stock operation experience
- Be able to think strategically, work flexibly, and drive change
- Adapt quickly to meet the store operational demands
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work well under pressure, be very organised, and keep to deadlines
- Work equally as efficiently when working in a team and alone
- Attention to detail and work in a timely manner
