Job Description
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality Partners and Advisers who share our values and vision.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing Partners and Advisers to identify potential candidates and encourage referrals.
  • Source and interview potential recruits, assessing their fit with our company culture and values.
  • Collaborate with our Business Development teams to ensure seamless integration of new recruits into our network.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously improving our processes and approaches.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment experience, particularly in the financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
