We are a leading independent convenience retailer, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Our team is the heart and soul of our mission, and we are seeking a polite, proactive, and dedicated individual to join us as a Customer Service Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and deliver a fast and friendly service to the highest standards.
  • Work on the till and contribute to the store's goals and sales.
  • Identify common suspicious activity and transactions.
  • Take delivery of fuel and store stock items.
  • Check stock regularly and adhere to Challenge 25 policies on age restricted items.
  • Ensure the store is well merchandised and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate the cash register and handle money with accuracy.
  • Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
