**Job Summary**
We are recruiting for an experienced Teaching Assistant Recruitment Manager to join our team at Recruitment Pursuits Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in education recruitment and contribute to the success of our Liverpool office.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage a team of teaching assistants to meet the needs of our clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with local schools and educational institutions to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Liverpool area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in education or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
