Join AJ Catering Staff as a Catering Team Lead and take on a new challenge in your career. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive catering service to fellows, alumni, students, and staff, as well as conference and bed and breakfast guests.

**Salary:** £25,760 per annum

The successful candidate will oversee the preparation of rooms for catering services, supervise daily operations in the Cafeteria, and ensure high levels of food safety and cleanliness. You will also assist with stock takes, cellar maintenance, and the induction and training of casual catering assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Preparation of rooms for catering services served in the Cafeteria, Hall, Master's Lodge, and various other meeting rooms.
  2. Daily supervision of the Cafeteria, including the operation of the tills and recording meals consumed accurately.
  3. Assisting with receiving deliveries, checking them against orders, and keeping accurate records.
  4. Maintaining the stocks of cutlery, crockery, and table linen.
