Job Title: Senior Portfolio Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to join our team at Harbourne Associates. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product portfolio strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute a game-changing roadmap for our product portfolio, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing strategic decisions and product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of product strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers, to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product or portfolio management, ideally within the building materials, manufacturing, or construction sectors.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a hybrid working model, with key office days on Tues, Weds, and Thurs.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000, plus a car allowance and 10% bonus.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days' holiday (plus bank holidays) with the option to buy more, a strong pension, healthcare, and much more.
