Job Title: Procurement Manager for IT and IS Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Portfolio Payroll. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing IT and IS services in the UK and Germany, with a focus on managed services, service integrations, testing, hardware, and SaaS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a rolling sourcing plan to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of IT and IS services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across corporate functions, including IT, Finance, HR, and Legal, to generate initiatives for operational and commercial efficiency.
  • Maintain a broad understanding of the commercial IT environment and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and manage contracts with suppliers to meet key performance indicators and agreed targets, taking account of information security of third parties.
  • Manage and deliver relevant new contracts and contract renewals, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT procurement and contract management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
