**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Portfolio Payroll. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for sourcing IT and IS services in the UK and Germany, with a focus on managed services, service integrations, testing, hardware, and SaaS.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain a rolling sourcing plan to ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, HR, and Legal, to identify opportunities for operational and commercial efficiency.
  • Design and implement RFI and RFP processes to secure high-quality suppliers and contracts.
  • Manage and deliver new contracts and contract renewals, ensuring compliance with information security requirements.
  • Lead strategic IT delivery projects, driving business value and growth.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in IT procurement, with a strong understanding of commercial IT environments.
