Job Title: Branch Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Team Leader to join our team at London Victoria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of frontline staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with management and department leaders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Valid full driving license and minimum 4 years driving experience.
