Job DescriptionWe're looking for a seasoned Event & Sales Manager to oversee end-to-end event management, from concept to completion. You'll be responsible for managing event operations, logistics, and client relationships, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute event strategies to deliver exceptional food experiences
- Manage event operations, including logistics, health and safety, and vendor negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align event details and requirements
- Manage budgets and negotiate favourable terms with suppliers and clients
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end event management, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector
- Strong background in planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health & safety compliance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs
- Hybrid working environment with 2-3 WFH days a week
