Our client, a FTSE-listed international manufacturing group, is seeking a Quality and Delivery Expert to join their team in Gosport Street, Lymington.
The successful candidate will have experience in developing supply chain programs for quality, cost, and delivery. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing supplier development strategies, driving the adoption of Lean techniques and best practices at supplier sites, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure supplier performance aligns with company standards.
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Quality and Delivery Expert, you will play a key role in improving and developing the supply chain. You will be responsible for measuring and improving supplier quality and delivery performance, conducting regular business reviews with key suppliers, managing supplier non-conformance and ensuring corrective actions are implemented, and supporting internal audits and supplier audits as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of quality and delivery principles and practices. You will also need to have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
