Health and Safety Manager

The role of Health, Safety and Compliance Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting senior management teams to oversee the effective implementation of compliance towards safety, risk assessment, advice and continuous improvement, specifically for specialist projects.
This will encompass overseeing compliance in relation to UK accommodation that is contracted as part of each project. Once contracted, the team will work closely with the project team to ensure that all necessary compliance measures are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure safety and risk assessment best practices are followed
- Provide advice and guidance to senior management teams on compliance matters
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with UK accommodation contracts
Requirements:
- Proven experience in health, safety and compliance management
- Strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
