Healthcare Manager Lead

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our Integrated Mental Health and Substance Misuse Team at HMP Wymott. As a key member of our healthcare management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients in a challenging prison environment.
">Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs of change to improve clinical care and promote a culture where staff feel empowered and valued.
- Ensure areas of responsibility are fully compliant with relevant trust policies and procedures.
- Provide on-call support as required or rostered.
- Lead the team to deliver a community equivalent service for patients.
Person Specification:
- Rlevant professional qualification (RMN) or educated to degree level or equivalent experience in health or social care.
- Experience of working with service users in the health and social care field.
- Leadership experience, including managing staff and leading teams.
- Knowledge of policy and legislation around men in a custodial setting.
