About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team at West London NHS Trust. As a Specialist Pharmacist in High Secure Services, you will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services to patients in our high secure hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in our high secure hospital
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement pharmacy services to improve patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures
  • Supervise and train junior pharmacy staff
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Registered as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Experience of working in a mental health environment
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
