About the Role

We are seeking a Community Support Worker to join our team at one of our Community Flats in Wellington Road - Brighton. As a Community Support Worker, you will provide personalised support to our adult residents, following individual support plans to meet their needs and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to residents with daily living skills, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and exercise
  • Assist residents with leisure activities, socialising, and maintaining independent living skills
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure residents receive high-quality support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Empathy and understanding of the needs of individuals with brain injuries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Good time management and organisational skills
