Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Survey and Safety Equipment Specialist to join our team as a Technical Sales Representative (TSR). This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers to increase Survey hire revenue opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets

The TSR will work closely with the Technical Sales Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts across the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will need significant experience working in an area sales role within the Survey & Safety or Hire industry. Alternatively, candidates from any sales background with relevant skills and qualifications will be considered. You should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, generating revenue growth, and expanding customer bases. Additionally, proficient use of MS Office packages, including Excel and Word, and CRM systems is required. A driving licence is also necessary for this role.

We offer a competitive salary (£50,000 - £65,000 per annum), company car, up to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, option to buy up to 5 additional days of leave, contributory pension scheme, life assurance, employee welfare fund, cycle to work scheme, and health & wellness benefits.
