Job Summary
In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver personalized care plans, engage in activities that foster social interaction and community engagement, and maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is between £27,000 and £39,000, depending on experience and location. This figure is based on an average hourly rate of £13.00 to £19.00 per hour, with 37.5 hours worked per week over 52 weeks. As a member of our team, you can also expect flexible scheduling, confirmed rotas, holiday pay, full clinical training, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Hold a minimum of 3 months' prior care experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Possess the necessary skills and knowledge to handle personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, and other aspects of the role.
