**Job Title:** Senior Healthcare Support Worker Assessor

NCFE is seeking an Independent End Point Assessor (IEPA) within Healthcare to play a vital role in the success of apprentices by supporting them in taking assessments and grading their work. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your professional skills and knowledge while developing others.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Delivering End Point Assessments (EPAs) in line with Level 2 Healthcare Support Worker, Level 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker, Level 3 Clinical Coder, Level 3 Prosthetic and Orthotic Technician, and Level 5 Assistant Practitioner standards.
  • Utilizing NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices.
  • Attending standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency.
  • Communicating with apprentices, ITPs, and employers on EPA and grading.
**Requirements:**
  • Current and relevant occupational competence within the workplace required.
  • Experience of producing clear and accurate reports.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organisational skills, be able to work independently, and possess a valid driving licence as travel is essential.
