Care Worker Specialist

Limra Networks is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Worker Specialist to join our Young People In Mind (YPIM) team based in Alexandria. As a key member of our community out-patient setting, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload and providing specialist support to vulnerable children and young people.
The primary aim of our service is to offer advice, training, and consultation to networks around our clients; however, a proportion of individuals will require direct psychological support. Our team provides one-to-one psychological assessment and intervention to children and young people on an individual basis, addressing low mood, anxiety, self-harm, emotional regulation, and attachment/trauma.
About YouWe are looking for candidates who are SSSC registered and have relevant post-registration experience working with children and/or young people and their professional networks. You will have excellent communication skills, a full current driving licence, and a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable populations.
What We OfferThis part-time position offers a salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, pro-rata to the number of hours worked. Additionally, you will have access to the Local Government pension scheme, 25 days annual leave increasing to 35 days, and 8 fixed public holidays each year.
