Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Worker to promote and deliver personalized care and engagement throughout the day, contributing to maintaining residents' dignity, independence, and personal safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide care detailed in residents' individualized care plans, embracing a person-centered approach.
- Support residents with personal care, promoting independence while ensuring privacy and respect.
- Assist residents with meals in a dignified and respectful manner, fostering a pleasant and calm atmosphere.
- Identify and meet the social, emotional, and cultural needs of residents, participating in person-centered engagement.
- Support residents in utilizing the environment, including outdoor living spaces.
