We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Manager to join our team at Creative Support. As a Team Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and managing a new-build mental health supported living service for 14 individuals with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Promote the service to referrers and potential service users, ensuring a strong network of partnerships and relationships.
- Deploy staff according to assessed needs, ensuring the best possible outcomes for service users.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of service delivery, including assessment, support planning, and positive risk management.
- Liaise and work closely with the landlord to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assess, support plan, and manage risk for service users, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, staff, and partners.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload.
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the service, with a willingness to follow instruction and accept supervision.
