We are looking for a skilled Client Development Director to lead our business development efforts in Worcester.

Role Overview:

This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, build strong relationships with key clients, and negotiate deals to meet financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Clients Management: Foster and maintain profitable relationships with key clients through regular communication, negotiation, and issue resolution.
  • Deal Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations with clients to close deals that meet or exceed financial targets.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. At least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field is also necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and execute market strategies is essential.
