Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular data audits on the absence management system and reconcile discrepancies across HR systems.
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks using Excel to maintain and refine data quality.
  • Work with regional teams to ensure HRIS systems (SAP and Oracle) are updated and admin entry supports system uploads.
  • Utilize Excel functions and formulas to support data processing and analysis.
  • Engage with subject matter experts to continuously improve data quality, data entry, and upload processes.

Requirements:

  • GCSE Equivalent Grade C/4 and above in English & Maths
  • Strong understanding of Excel and the use of formulas
