We're seeking a skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our dedicated team at The Lakes Care Centre, a 64-bed care home in South Cerney, Cirencester. As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll play a vital role in creating delicious meals, snacks, and drinks for our residents, ensuring their mealtimes are always a highlight of their day.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about cooking, takes pride in kitchen hygiene standards, and has a positive can-do approach. You'll have good communication skills and be confident in engaging with our elderly residents to understand their individual needs. Previous formal catering experience is not necessary, as we'll provide the training you need. A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus.
