About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive PA to support our Divisional Directors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and providing administrative support across various tasks and projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating a busy calendar of meetings and appointments
  • Taking accurate and comprehensive minutes of key meetings, including Division Board meetings
  • Liaising with Senior Executive Directors and other stakeholders
  • Organizing and completing expenses on a monthly basis
  • Producing letters and documents as required
  • Identifying and anticipating priorities and finding ways to add value and support
  • Following up on requests for information, outstanding reports, and correspondence

Core hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00 am until 5.30 pm and Friday 9.00 am until 5.00 pm.

About You

We are looking for an experienced PA with a strong background in supporting Senior Directors or Executives. You will be highly organized, with a structured and timely approach to your work. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages, are essential, as is the ability to take minutes and actions in meetings.

Above all, you will be passionate about providing exceptional support and enjoy a varied and diverse set of responsibilities.
