Job Title: Experienced Hospital Pharmacist

We are seeking an experienced hospital pharmacist to join our team in Luton. As a specialist Band 7/8a locum pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in assisting ward teams, inpatient and outpatient dispensary teams, and providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist ward teams with medicines reconciliation and drug chat screening
  • Offer advice to patients on the wards
  • Conduct screening in the dispensary, inpatients, and outpatients
  • Help ATOs and Pharm Techs with checking when needed
Requirements:
  • Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacist
  • Previous hospital pharmacy experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
