  • Liaise closely with warehouses, stores, and other Head Office departments to ensure seamless stock allocation and replenishment.
  • Develop and implement effective stock replenishment strategies to maximize full-price sales and minimize stockouts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to stores as the primary point of contact in Head Office.
  • Utilize Excel and systems skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.
