We are seeking an experienced Legal PA to join our Real Estate team in Edinburgh. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional support to our partners and fee earners, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage diaries, plan travel, and coordinate meetings, resolving any conflicts that may arise.
  • Prepare meeting materials, including packs and catering arrangements.
  • Efficiently manage files, closing matters, tracking bills, and archiving completed files.
  • Collaborate with Finance to assist fee earners with billing, reports, and balance management.
  • Work with Business Development to arrange events and conduct conflict checks.
  • Delegate tasks to the Document Production team as needed and follow the firm's risk and compliance protocols.
Requirements
  • Three years' experience in a comparable environment, with a proven track record of providing personal assistant support to a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
