We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Analyst to join our team at Aliaxis. As a key member of our supply chain management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced forecasting models to accurately predict demand and optimize supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment on key business objectives.
- Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our supply chain operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand planning and supply chain management to ensure our team remains at the forefront of innovation and excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with supply chain management software and tools.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and customer needs.
