About the Role:We are looking for a Travel Administrator (Finance) to provide administrative support to our finance team, including processing invoices, payments, and expense reports. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for travel.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconciliations, invoices, and hotel claims
- Negotiating travel options for colleagues
- Deal with the expenses daily
- Weekly invoices processing
- Provide administrative support to the finance team
- Assist in reconciling travel-related expenses and ensuring accuracy in financial records
- May be studying towards a relevant accountancy qualification
- May have previous experience working as a Travel Administrator (Finance)
- Has a passion for travel
- May have invoice, reconciliation skills, insurance, and hotel claims experience
- Salary: £27,000 - £30,900
