**The role**:
**What you’ll do**:

- Act as the communication point for queries in the Satellite.
- Maintenance of legality of SAP with regards to aircraft airworthiness
- Compliance monitoring of maintenance data
- Creation and updating of all relevant historical records as required by Engineering processes.
- General staff and satellite support administration
- Activities of a Fleet Support Administrator, as directed by Area Manager

**What you’ll bring to British Airways**:

- Self-motivated and a self-starter.
- Good influencing skills.
- Good problem solver.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to plan and organise.
- Experience (On the job)
- Good knowledge of Engineering processes & Policies.
- Experience of dealing with colleagues at all levels.
- SAP HR module
- Working to deadlines.
- Experience of dealing with confidential data

**Your experience**:

- GCSE’s or equivalent including English and maths
- NVQ/BTEC or equivalent in Business Administration or computer studies desirable.
- Ability to hold airside pass
- Airside driving desirable
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Knowledge of Airworthiness Compliance procedures
- Knowledge of technical terms
