Job Overview: As an Education Assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to deliver exceptional learning experiences for students in Key Stage 1.

About the Role

This Teaching Support Specialist position is ideal for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working with young children. You will be responsible for supporting students in KS1 to achieve their full potential, under the guidance of the class teacher.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual who has:

  • Experience working with children in a school setting.
  • Able to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
