**About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Randstad Education. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young minds and making a positive impact in education.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Providing academic support to students in a classroom setting
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and preparation
  • Developing and implementing engaging educational activities

**Requirements:**

  • Strong educational background and relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of £21,000 per year (dependent on experience)
  • A welcome bonus of £1,000*
  • A full-time position with 40 hours per week, term time only
