**Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Development Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our Development Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality civil engineering solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing designs and drawings for construction projects, as well as technical reports for masterplanning in support of planning applications.
  • Supporting the production of concept studies/strategies with hands-on design, leading to planning applications, technical approval submissions and construction drawing issue.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth delivery of projects, meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered to the required quality, safety, and environmental standards.

**Requirements:*

  • Relevant degree in a relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering).
  • Experience working on large-scale development projects, preferably in the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

**Salary:** £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
