Commercial Cleaner

Copacetic Risk Consultants is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients' commercial spaces, including offices, factories, and warehouses.
Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize all designated areas, including offices, washrooms, and common areas.
- Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, carpets, and upholstery.
- Dusting and Polishing: Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, shelves, and cabinets.
- Supply Management: Restock and replenish supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as floor polishers, vacuum cleaners, and pressure washers.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Experience: Experience as a commercial cleaner or in a similar role (preferable).
- Cleaning Knowledge: Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Physical Ability: Physical ability to lift and move equipment, as well as perform repetitive tasks.
