Job Title: Commercial Cleaner

Rapid Response FM is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize commercial premises, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down surfaces.
  • Manage waste disposal, including emptying bins, recycling, and handling waste in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain restrooms, including cleaning and restocking with necessary supplies.
  • Disinfect high-touch areas, such as door handles, light switches, and desks.
  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
  • Care for floors, including polishing, buffing, and deep cleaning carpets or hard floors.
  • Operate commercial cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and steam cleaners.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of cleaning experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong attention to detail. Previous experience in specialist cleaning, trauma scene cleaning, or a related field is preferred. Certification in biohazard cleaning, hazardous materials handling, or related training is a plus. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent physical stamina and the ability to work in challenging environments, is essential.
