Job Title: Commercial Cleaner

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team at Rapid Response FM. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and sanitizing commercial premises, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down surfaces.
  • Emptying bins, recycling, and handling waste disposal in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Restroom maintenance, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms with necessary supplies.
  • Surface disinfecting, including applying disinfectants to high-touch areas.
  • Window cleaning, including washing windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
  • Floor care, including polishing, buffing, and deep cleaning carpets or hard floors.
  • Operating commercial cleaning machines, such as floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and steam cleaners.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in cleaning and be able to work independently or as part of a team. A full UK driving license is also required.

Requirements:
  • Able to work alone or part of a team.
  • Able to work away for up to a week at a time.
  • At least 2 years' cleaning experience.
  • High attention to detail.
