"We are currently seeking a Cancer Care Specialist to join our team at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. As a member of our Skin Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialist Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients with skin cancer, working closely with senior nursing and medical staff.
"In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for providing information and support to patients, families, and carers throughout the skin cancer pathway, as well as contributing to the development of innovative changes in line with evidence-based practice, national standards, and relevant reports relating to skin cancer patients.
"Key Responsibilities
"* Provide information and support to patients, families, and carers throughout the skin cancer pathway
"* Work closely with senior nursing and medical staff to develop care and treatment plans
"* Communicate effectively with members of the multidisciplinary team
"* Contribute to the development of innovative changes in line with evidence-based practice, national standards, and relevant reports relating to skin cancer patients
