Key Responsibilities:- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range, including duplex & super duplex steels, nickel alloys, and engineering steels.
- Grow and maintain a portfolio of key accounts, consistently meeting sales targets.
- Convert customer inquiries into accurate quotations with speed and precision.
- Follow up on quotes to secure orders and gather valuable customer feedback.
- Maintain regular client contact via phone and email, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships.
- Collaborate with the external sales team on key customer visits to drive sales growth.
- Negotiate effectively with customers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Proven sales experience, particularly in the metals industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A results-driven approach with a focus on meeting sales targets.
- Competitive salary up to £35,000 depending on level of experience.
- Opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive work environment.
- Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays.
