About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Colleague to join our team at Currys plc. As a Sales Colleague, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
- Make every customer interaction memorable.
- Offer support services like delivery and installation, recycling and ways to pay.
- Contribute towards the overall sales performance of the store.
- Work across different departments and product ranges.
- Support with the running of the store by completing operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Approachable and friendly.
- Keen to learn about the latest technology.
- Comfortable achieving personal sales, service and customer experience targets.
- A strong team player, confident working across all parts of the store and winning as a team.
